I am glad you got it figured out. I wonder if the 2008 25mm axle is and oddball or did they change the swing arm in 2008 also? I know it doesn't apply to what you are doing but just thinking...

After looking it up real quick it looks like and oddball.
2002-2007 P#41056-02
2008 P#41056-08
2009 and up P#41056-09

HAHAHAHA!! We are looking at two different ends of the the swing arm.

When he said 1" vs 25mm I went to the wheel side of the swing arm.. Maybe I just completely miss read the OP.. my bad.

Well, sure the axles are different, 1" vs 25mm , but that's not part of the swingarm

This is the same 2002-08

Hey thanks get a load of this I order a new one from Harley found out it was the same as the one I had , took it back ,was getting the old one ready to take for painting and noticed it was twisted yup one ear higher than the other. Had to got back to the shop and get the new one . Lol never know what your going to get when u buy parts . A guys has to check everything & at least the guy will give me back the money for the old one . I was told 08 - 13 should be the same.

You were told wrong...2008 swingarms/axles can NOT be included in the that group.

Os the 08 would still have the narrow swingarm with the 1" axles
