I have the HD liner in my HD chopped TP. While it is a drop in molded fit, it really needs to be glued to the TP to keep the edge tight against the sides.

I went to Walmart and got a roll of 2" self adhesive Velcro and put a few strips along the top edge. It works great to keep the liner tight and if you need to take the liner out you can.

Oops, sorry, forgot to mention. The roll comes with one strip of hook and one strip of loop. I just used the plastic hook strip. it sticks to the liner just like the loop strip.
