A month ago bike started fine. Good weather again now, I go out to start the bike and the security system wont go off. i replaced the battery in the FOB and same issue. any ideas?

 

This happened in a recent thread...guy changed his fob battery but put it in upside down. Check that. Next, do you have a second fob that you can try as well?

 

After the above, make sure there is nothing in the vicinity that generates electromagnetic emissions, as this can interfere. I recently discovered that if the battery tender is plugged in, and in the cup holder with the FOB...it can cause the security disengagement to be intermittent.
