Hi i have upgraded my stock exhaust (sreaming eagle) and aire filter(RDS). I have purchased a throttlrpak and I' m wondering if i should pushased a fuel pak instead. Your thought would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sorry, forgot to add this, for my similar mods, I just picked up a Fuel Pak

 

What does a throttle pack do?

 

Cut through all the wasted models and terms. The V&H Fp3 is the model you want, and neither of the others.

 

Throttle pak opens your. butterfly valve faster than stock on pre 14(?) throttle by wire, bikes. It does not change your AFR.

Fuel Pak and Fuel Pack 3 are tuners. They change your AFR to allow for changes in the air cleaner, pipes, air flow.

The Fuel Pak 3 can, among many other things, adjust your throttle progresivity for faster opening butterfly valve.

 

i have a throttle pak by vance and hines.

when i purchased my 13 SG, i was appalled by the throttle lag of the throttle by wire compared to my other bikes wired throttles. couldn't believe anybody would put up with it.

seems severely overpriced for what it does though. happy with it since it solved the problem.

 

FP3 is the only way to go after you pick a map you can adjust throttle response great product works great

 

The throttle feature on the FP3 is kick ***. I have mine set at moderate and love it. Much better response. I may get brave and take it for a ride on full race...

 

It was over $'s. The Fp3 has a multi stage throttle sensitivity adjustment you can use.

 

"IF" you are only doing what you mention above FP3 will be ok.

"IF" you are seriously planning on upgrading your motor in the future, screw them both!!!

Better choices are out there.
