I'm trying to locate a cruise control setup for ,y 2005 road king, help me out there anyone

As far as I know you can't get 'em retail. Have a look at this post:

You'll probably have to start searching the MC salvage sites for take off parts.
Not sure what all you will need but with some patience and effort it's doable.

Good luck. I tried to locate one for my 04 RK and there weren't any on the planet. There's some site that sell a kit they put together but they charge like $800 for it.

It appears neither comes with the handlebar controls.

Seems like this will be a needle in a haystack find. Good luck.

Yup I just bought a new one on ebay for my 02.
I paid 225.00 for mine. The Module that is.
