Looks like a nice helmet ....too bad they don't make it in WHITE. I'm a big advocate of white. I believe white is a better color to be seen by cagers than black......just my 2 cents.
Have the Bell Pit Boss in flat black and the Sena 20S. Works great together. The neck wrap can be removed, but there are "ear pockets" or "air pockets" that can be added on. The HD ones were $25 at my local HD dealer. I've seen some online for around $14+ that looked like they would work better. I tried the HD pockets and they would not fit in the Bell without some cutting/modification. I believe you can also use earbuds with the 20S. Haven't tried that as I just got the unit last week.
Added: Vega Audio Ear Pads from the Helmet Shop.

+1 Bell pit Boss, I have my Uclear speakers in the flaps and the fit great and work well even on the highway doing 80.
I'm with you man. I use the exact same set-up. And as a result, I rarely turn on my stereo. I just hate being, "that guy" sitting at the red light with his bike's stereo blasting. And, the Uclear is a very powerful headset. At 80+, my tunes are still crystal clear.
Might take a look at the HJC IS2. Half helmet. They have small ear flaps built in and an internal pull down visor which is easily changed out from clear, yellow, dark or light tint. Love ours!
The Pit Boss doesnt fit me well even though I wanted it to.
Lately I've been looking at the HJC IS33-II. It's a 3/4 helmet but is a very versatile helmet. It can be set up with external shield, peak visor or simply open face and has the internal sunshield too. It fits me well though the sizing seems to run a size small.
I also want the Sena 20 but am waiting to see the next generation that they are advertising.
