I have a 10 ultra, 40,000 miles what I've had to do in the last year, compensator, inner primary bearing and race, main transmission bearings, went through every electrical connectors cleand them all and put dielectric grease on them, had to pull the radii to have fixed and replaced the bolt issue that was hitting the bottom of the radio

Just traded mine in for a 2015 Ultra Low. bought it with 44k on the odo, Gave it up with 66 k on the odo. And got all of those miles in a year from the same set of Dunlop Elites. Great bike, but as they get older,engine noise becomes an issue. Tried rocker lockers and new lifters. Helped a bit, but I didn't want to chance it.

2010 is one of the years where they had the problems with the ABS system freezing up. Harley did a voluntary recall and flushed the brake fluid.
I'd ask the owner if the brake fluid maintenance schedule of every two years has been done.
Pricey fix if the ABS module locks up.
