Guys, I know there's a hundred threads on this but honestly I'm in a little time crunch.. if you could help me out real quick I'd sure appreciate it.
Will the Stock Exhaust from my 2011 Ultra Limited fit exact on my 2016 Road Glide Ultra? I'm removing the catalytic converter on the old if it'll fit in the new. It's clean and ready to cut.

That's what mine looked like after I did it to my stock headers before I sold them. Looks like a good clean job to me. I used an air chisel, I too was surprised at how tough that stuff was to get out.
Make sure tac weld a few spot at a time so the header will not warp, it should be in a jig
when it is welded. My son had a hard time putting on a de-catted header on 2012 Ultra,
it was welded free hand and warped slightly.

Thanks.. I did plan on tacking each corner and center of each side.. won't have a jig but will be in a vice, if that'll help any..
