My brother had a black car some years ago and bought some genuine factory touch-up. It looked dark blue until it dried - not all blacks are what they may seem to be! Have you tried a local auto scratch specialist? I don't know if they do bikes, but paint is paint.
They sell touch up paint at the dealer. Same paint you have on there now.

Yeah, I got frustrated looking for John Deere paint. Stopped by the dealer. Tiniest bottle you've ever seen....$30.00.
I'd rather experiment with a rattled can. Being it's the front fender. I'd like to try to do a partial paint vs a complete. I'll remove & spray the whole fender if needed.
I've used flat black on other things. Blends amazingly well
I'm waiting to see if others have ideas B4 I breakdown and order from the internet.
I painted my front fender and lower fairings with the John Deer paint, nobody can tell the difference! Worth the couple day wait if you have to order it online.
