I got the s20 and trying to find a half helmet that I can get to get to work with the s20. Who has the s20 and half helmet and which helmet did you get?
Works very well on both of them. But I think the scorpion helmet fits better on your head when you figure in the straps to come down the side around your ears to hold the speakers in.
The BOSS I understand is an excellent half helmet as well and I may try that helmet next.
But the scorpion is the one I presently have and I am very happy with it. Along with my SENA20 on it. If you would like a picture just let me know.
Here you are my friend. This is the front view. Nothing exciting there.
Here (below) is the side view.
Notice:
1) How the SENA sits on the helmet just fine.
2) The boom mic comes around just fine.
3) The ear pocket thingies. <-- These are important. To have them and that when you buy any helmet u want to make sure the ear canal lines up with the "V" strap where the ear pocket thingy goes. Know what I mean?
The SEER is a GOOD helmet but the ear canal just would not line up with the "V" strap of the helmet.
Does this help? Anything else I can do to assist you?
As for the Pitt Boss, I liked the one shown so much I ended up buying another one. I couldn't find anything else that fit me as well as it does. I have one set up for Motologging and one for normal use.
I know on the pit boss the ear liner goes all the way around. The only thing that concerned me with that over a helmet that only had cover over the ears is how it would feel in summer. With that going all around does it make u get hotter in the summer
