Default Dynojet auto tune

Hello everyone. So, I installed a brand new Auto Tune AT101-B on my 2015 HD Road Glide Special to go along with the Power Commander V and after connecting everything I am not seeing any AFR reading coming from cylinder 1 slot (front cylinder). Cylinder 2 slot is running correctly. I then tested the front 02 sensor by connecting it to the 2 slot and the front 02 sensor works there as well. The two 02 sensors are working fine, but only when connected to the 2 slot of the auto tune designated as cylinder 2 (rear cylinder). I should also mention that at first the unit did successfully connected and the green light was on. Now, when I first start up the bike it goes into a full minute of three red light flash and a pause sequence then they flash off and on continuously. I understand that the auto tune is suppose to go to a solid red light. So, I tested the 02 sensors by switching them around on the unit and figured that slot 1 designated as cylinder 1 is just not working because the AFR reading is on all zeros. My question is am I doing something wrong here? Oh by the way I did also installed the CAN connector to the unit and I double checked all the wire harness three times. Please help thanks....

I have been in contact with them for a couple days now. I might have to replace the front 02 sensor harness.
