OK. You'll obviously need BT headsets. I have very little to offer because I don't use BT headsets. Sorry.

Lots of others have BT headset experience & there's a number of threads if you search,

These worked great for the speakers on my Bell Pit Boss half helmet. I use a Sena 30K on a Schuberth C5 and put another mount for the module on my Pit Boss. The mic tucks up under the visor, completely hidden and out of the way.

Wife and I don't ride with headsets...we use the "tap on my shoulder method" which goes something like this:
1. she taps me on the shoulder
2. I acknowledge the tap and turn my head slightly
3. she attempts to say something
4. I motion I can't hear what she's saying
5. she gives up and the silence is "golden"!.....ride on.....

Hey that's the exact method I used to use.
I upgraded to 'her own bike' now and it's even better.
