Not sure how many of you participate in this, and I know some of you will think it's useless, but I have been logging miles since I joined. in 2011.
I took my form to the local dealer to log in my miles a few weeks back, and thought I would check the HOG website to check and see if it was updated. - it appears that none of my miles have been sent in since April 2013, but my new bike is listed. the last mileage for my traded bike was submitted at the same time as adding my new one.
So I guess my question is, did they change something with this on how the dealers report miles? Is it not done on the paper form and faxed in?
I do have copies of the form sent in when I traded, So I think they should be able to correct this if I call.
Just wondering. . . between these 2 I should be over 50K in hog miles. - I put the pins on my bag guard bags, kinda a trophy of sorts for all the miles I have gone.
Just wondering. if I have time, I'll call tomorrow.
Nobody at Harley cares. Matter of fact; this.......
A disclaimer should come with each Harley that you buy;
"Harley Davidson is in NO way concerned about you or your family". "All we are concerned about is that you buy a bike (as often as possible) and support your dealer by buying the overpriced stuff".
Anyone that thinks anything more needs to stop 'drinking the cool aid'
I just got my 60k, Just call them make sure you have all the VIN numbers before you call. They'll update them all for you. That would be HOG, not HD. Good Luck

You've obviously never met Willie G, Bill, or Karen Davidson, cuz if you had, you know better than to spew BS like you just posted above.

Your dealership should be able to straighten this out for you, they have all the mileage info. Your chapter director or chapter manager (dealer employee) should be able to assist. If they are unable to solve this problem, PM me + I'll give you the Worldwide HOG directors name, phone nos, + email address. I assure you he DOES care and will make things right for you.
they recently told me the dealer logs on to hdnet on their system and info is entered there . No more forms needed. Mine was missing about 20000 miles on the website and this corrected it.

No, but I've never met Mr. Chevrolet or Mr. Ford or Mr. Dodge either. I'm sure they wouldn't care either.
I've bought 18 new Harley's since 1995. A new one every year since 2006.
Not once did Willie G, Bill or Karen ever send me a "Thank You' for buying this stuff.
I've enjoyed all of the bikes though.................

I called today, and they were very nice, and got everything adjusted for me.
Even though the website was not showing the correct mileage on my traded bike, it was correct in their system.
Since I tried twice to get my miles in for last year, they just added it in for me. --- All is good
in the HOG world, again, they were very nice to deal with, and I got great customer service on the phone call.
