Might be a little rich on the mix, put some new plugs in and see what they look like after a few hundred miles. Then go from there.

If you are just switching mufflers, with the same head pipe, and you had a good tune for the big bore kit mod (95", A/C, & cams).... I doubt it will be much different....
You could run many miles with no problems

If you just had the HD download for the big bore kit, still not really necessary, but I bet you would feel the difference, as would your engine, with a good tune...

I bought an '03 Heritage (88ci) new. I installed an HD big bore kit (95", SE A/C, SE203 cams), V&H big shot exhaust, and with the HD download as a tune. The bike ran much better than OEM... I put on many miles and I thought it ran excellent.

Several years later I got a PowerVision tuner. I decided to switch out the HD download with a custom map from DynoJet... it was like a different bike... ran tons better than it had... FWIW...

Good luck...
