What is the difference between the 103 Stage 1 Big Bore Kit (27539-08 $639.95) and the 103 Stage 2 Big Bore Kit (27532-08 $1,199.95) besides the SE255 Cams in the stage 2 kit? The price diffenece is almost double and doesn't seem right if it is only a set of $300 cams. This is for a 2008 FLHR.

Bore out your jugs, Purchase SE cast flat top pistons, SE251 Cams, Cometic .030 Head Gaskets, rocker box gaskets, cyclinder base o-rings. And you'll have to get a new tuner the fuelpak is not the best. Did mine for less the $600 plus cost of TTS. Can show you dyno sheet if you want.
You also get super duper quiet catalytic mufflers and/or headers. Unless you are over here in the Middle East, then you pay for them but since they are not required here in paradise the distributor doesn't send them.
