Is it one of the rubber bushings for the floor boards? Look and see if you are missing any

With an extreme closeup picture like that, it is very hard to even guess.

Move the camera back some, and place a quarter next to the piece.
That will give clearer picture, and a reference for the size of it.

I Googled it. It looks like the floor board bushing. Here is a pic that popped up in search.
