Hair line stress cracks

Hair line stress cracks
Anything I can do to take away stress cracks in my windshield. I was told I could actually buff them out. Any thoughts?

Scratches can be sanded and buffed. Cracks are cracks. No miracle fix

What about hazing? Anything to remove that?

I like the idea of just replaceing every so many years, nothin like new. Although my buddies 65 elect pan still has the orig sheild in amazing shape.
