I got mine off ebay. Not sure about bad as hell, but it came with chrome cap. Was easy to install. Don't forget new bearings if you have 15K or more, just so you don't have to do it again.
I got my flush mount axle from Eastern Performance. They had the best price I could find at the time.
As to the "Bad as hell" fork pinch cap, after looking at what it was, seems like a waste. That pinch cap shouldn't be torqued down that tight so buying something that was created because people were breaking the stock unit doesn't make much sense. Follow the specs and there isn't a need for anything else. But, if you like the look just because it's squared off....well, good luck in your search. eBay might be the answer.
I'm thinking I'm going to get an adjure flush axle, it has the slightly peaked center on the caps. I like the look of the fork cap, it makes both side look simetrical. Seen sum old posts where a guy named puzzled sold them on here in like 2008?? Thanks chris
