I'm looking for a new seat to get me closer to the ground, without sacrificing comfort. I've had a Mustang seat before and really liked it, but I'm open to any seat. I'm on a 2015 Ultra Limited.

There are lots of options, also lots of threads about seats - it's a popular subject! Here's a recent one that may help.

Have you checked the reach seat at the Harley dealer?
They often have one to try before you buy.

LePara rt66 got it done for me. I too had a Mustang but I like the leopard better. It feels similar to the older style Corbin

I sent my stock Street Glide seat to Mean City Cycles. I got memory foam put in and had them set the seat back a little. Awesome job. I love it. I'm thinking when winter comes I might send it back for a gel insertion. That's my personal preference. Otherwise great job and $350.00 with express service.

I picked up a Harley Low-Profile Solo Touring Seat for my Street Glide. It's very comfortable and lowers me at least an inch. I've put over 400 miles in one day on it and have no complaints. Part Number 52000248. I was able to pick one up for $298 at Boardtracker Harley Online.

Very interesting that many are saying to send the factory seat and have it reworked. I have seen and heard many people complain about the cheap, plastic factory pan over time not holding up. For those that have sent their seats in, have you noticed a problem?
