Replaced clutch cable

Replaced clutch cable with Magnum Shielding cable. Adjusted clutch cable. Shifted into 1st gear and it won't go anywhere. Why?

Because you didn't adjust the clutch itself (in the primary).

Welcome to the forum from central Texas. Adjust the clutch and then readjust the cable. You should be good to go.

Do you have free play at the lever? All was working before the cable change? Did you disassemble the throw out system?

If you had no issues with your clutch before the cable install then you should not have to pull the derby cover to adjust the clutch pack. As long as there is enough adjustment left on your cable it should be just a matter of getting the adjustment right. Did you check the new cables length with the old cable? If the new cable is to long you are probably not able to take out enough free play. If you are getting absolutely nothing, you might want to pull the cover again and make sure you seated the cable end correctly. The adjustment at the derby cover end (primary) is not hard to do. There are plenty of YouTube videos on it. But again, you should have some type of engagement if it worked before the new cable install.
