I read where Fonda said riding Captain America with those forks was terrifying.

I know. Imagine trying to make a slow turn or U turn on that beast? The wheel probably just flops over to one side.

At the beginning of the movie, where Fonda takes off his watch and looks at it (before tossing it in the dirt), the forks flop right over. That has to be rather hard to ride.

It was on the Discovery channel one time The History of Harley Davidson, and Fonda said Captain America was a bear to ride, and after the first full day of riding in that movie, he said that his arms were so sore he could barely raise them.
