Somebody had told me that you can buy a Harley privately, not from the dealer, but get financing through the dealer. Does anybody know about this? Thank you very much
You can go online and see rider to rider financing and mention the dealer you want to use not sure if it's competitive but I'm pretty sure there will be few surprises and one more way to get you to Harley shop.
You would be better off with a credit union or personal bank. Eagle mark is not the cheapest date in town. You can still purchase from private seller with your bank or credit union.
HDFS/Eaglemark will indeed finance a sale and purchase of a used HD. However, it's almost a lock that the interest rate will not be competitive. Make sure you shop around before signing on the dotted line.
It's okay to pay little more if you are in tough situation just be responsible not every one can afford to pay cash for everything and same goes for getting qualify to get lower interest. Do the calculation responsibly without getting in financial trouble enjoy what you want now.
