You can also look at Aerostitch "3 finger" gloves. Made for motorcycling and fit over whatever you wear for regular gloves. I have yet to find a decent pair of riding gloves that is waterproof and I've tried a lot of different gloves.

Update
Spent all day yesterday riding from N Michigan to Green Bay in heavy rain. The Serius Innovation gloves are NOT waterproof

Maybe you didn't navigate the website as much. There is a Tab for VTWIN and they sell a lot of cruiser stuff.

Go to a hardware store get some leather work crap gloves, put some sno seal on them and then you got yourself waterproof crap gloves

You will have to spend money, $100 and up, and purchase Gortex leather gloves. Various options with insulation.
