A Tru Track will help, but it's only band-aid to what is really wrong. I'm willing to bet your bike's swingarm bushings are shot. You didn't say how many miles were on the bike, but those rubber bushings are ~18 years old and have probably deteriorated enough to make the bike wobble.
Also, if you truly have 11" shocks you aren't going to be able to push the bike that hard anyway. You'll scrape boards and other parts before you get on the outer limit of the tire.
BTW - I run 11" shocks and 2 under monotubes on my bike, so I'm speaking from experience.

thank you. I will have them checked. Its way up there lol but the bike has 37k on it now. Still they are 18 years old. I did scrape the boards several times. This really isn't how I prefer to ride anymore and don't plan to do a lot of it. One more accident would probably end at least my riding days so this was an aberration I was just chasing what you called the problem not the symptom so I don't find it the hard way. Thanks for your time in answering so thoughtfully.
I had a 2005 king and I had a 25 mile loop from the house that had some really nice twisters , up hills , and good straightaways that I did most afternoons really fast and hard the bike would wobbly never deadly just a noticeful wobbly ... I sold it and bought a 13 ultra and then a 17 RGS i would clock my time and so far the king truned a better time than the ultra and RGS...and i can feel some wobble on both other bikes just not as bad ....
Tires are brand new Pirelli white walls (cause they are just so gangsta) lol and I checked the pressure when I got home.
my follow up suggestion, Pirelli tires have a much higher inflation pressure than other tires.
my Pirelli's are 50 psi max pressure as listed on the sidewall, having run tires manfactured by Pirelli, if they are not properly inflated they will tend to roll whem pushed. i would double check the tire pressure against the pressure listed on the sidewall.

honestly If that's all it is I am fine with that. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't an underlying issue with it.
