I absolutely LOVE the look of my 03 FLHRCI with the WWW's and chrome spokes! That has always been my favorite look on any bike, but especially HD's. When I decided to buy a new 17 FLHR, I realized there were no more spokes to be had on the US models but still wanted to try and pull off an old school look with my new Laguna Orange RK. Upgraded to chrome wheels and still running WWW's, this was as close to old school as I could get with that bike. I like it a lot, but NOTHING beats a King with WWW's and chrome spokes in my eyes!
I do like the WWW wide white walls, had them on my last scoot, really didn't like all the wasted time cleaning those puppy's compared to the TWW thin white walls. The TWW still captures the nostalgic ambience of the Road King, and provide way less maintenance hands down IMHO. Buuuuut if ya don't mind keeping those WWW clean, it's worth it!
Less cleaning = More time riding & drinking beer...
