Looks like a Bushtec.
Lift it in the air and drop it.
Bushtec trailers are known for their not bouncing around.
Should settle real fast.
They are a high end trailer.

I don't think it's a Bushtec. They never used tires/wheels like the one in the picture. Plus a Bushtec trailer uses a heim joint and pin coupler.

Agree, doesn't look like a Bushtec to me either. Wrong wheels, wrong hitch, and wrong body style.
But, I don't know who's it is.

I look on Google Images, those Taillights are petty telling, did not see one like it. It may be home made. If it is, it really is nicely made, just need to see how it tows...
