Depending where you live you can get a decent deal on an 07. I bought one on Saturday for $1K under MSRP with no freight or setup charges. I am located in NJ.
TOM73 - how much was it out the door and down the road?
sounds like you found a good deal -- know where theres anymore? i'm not far from jersey (pennsylvania)
I will tell you for sure on Thursday or Friday when I go to pick it up. It is working out to $19,200 approximately out the door. He is givng me $11K for my trade 03 FXST which is about $1K more than other dealers would offer. New bike $1K off. I made sure I told him when I went in that I wanted to price the new bike seperate from the trade in case I was going to keep my FXST.
This is the 5th dealer I was at and he knew I was shopping. The other dealers wanted to give me $10K or less on my trade and then wanted MSRP on the new bike.
Since I have not bought the bike officially yet email me and I will get you the name of the dealer and who to contact. I dealt directly with the owner as I always try to do when buying a motor vehicle. I said to him "Wow Harley must really be over producing bikes for you to discount them so much" and he told me that they don't normally go to this price but he knew I wasn't buying for MSRP with $10K for my bike. I amsure they are making room for the 08's. Maybe there is a CVO SG in the future. I have heard many rumors. I'll save the $10K and put it into the motor. I can have 110 HP / lbs tq for under $4K
