The parts list in in a a link to alazo in the first post, you'll find it there.
I will have to say that my conversion went pretty smooth, it took an extra month of waiting for the 69 cent part here or there that I forgot or found I needed.
I only converted because of my color combination and age of bike, if I had newer bike< I would strongly consider selling and buying a factory RG even if it was a few years older. Why? Resale, right now, I have a title which says EG, but for all intensive purposes, is an RG. How do you sell that to someone??? It will take a very understanding buyer... If your keeping it for ever, go for the swap.
I'm also considering then end value of my bike IF I do the conversion (never say never & nothings for ever), It may be difficult to sell/trade a Frankenstein bike. I have plenty of time to decide which rout I will take, but it would befun doing the conversion during the non-riding part of the season.
If I do the conversion it would be the early part of 09, don't want the bike down during riding season, I will PM you when/if the Batwing and assoicated parts are removed.
thats cool. I probably wont have the $$$ handy until bonus time (December)
