Is there that much of a difference in the quality of front motor mounts for an 08 Touring that HD mount is $108cdn and Drag Specialities is listed for $26.99?
I used the DS mount on my 07 and had no issues at all with it, was a solid mount and was on the bike for about 40K miles before I sold it, put 30K on the original and changed out of general principle.

The quality of the Harley part is probably greater than that of the Drag Specialties part.
But that's probably not the question you're actually trying to ask. I *think* the current oem replacement is the much stiffer/harder mount than the original, and harder than the DS part. So you'll likely get more vibration transmitted to the frame from the current OEM part than you would from the DS mount.
I think in order to gain noticeable improvement in handling you would have to replace both the front and rear rubber mounts.
I didn't see any difference in handling.. Front mount worked better than stock tho I really don't have any problems with the vibes from the stock mount..
