Default Ford Connectors
I thought you guys might find this funny. I was putting my engine back together today after a rebuild and noticed there's a Ford logo on the injector plugs. I got a good laugh out of this.

That is funny. Especially the way HD brands EVERYTHING.

But I see you have a FM motor, so that could be the reason.

Surprising the number of parts labeled GM, with a GM part number, on my Toyota.

Now, if you look up that Ford part, is it cheaper from a Ford dealer? Probably not, but worth looking into a bit.

My 08 FLHT has Ford labeling there as well and it's dealer only parts in that area. Go figure. I thought it was funny as well.

HD buys from the lowest bidder every time, whatever name that you find on a part wouldn't surprise me...

It can be real handy to know who made the part and get a cross reference to it. Usually, it's going to be much cheaper to get the original manufacturer part than going HD. I've been trying to find out who made the engine temp sensor for my EVO road king for a long time now.

It's a Bosch designed part. Not hard to find at all and the other connectors are generic stuff as well. Why reinvent the wheel when it's a great weatherpack connector to begin with?

I recently replaced a chevy fan blower wiring harness and resister, same one fits the Toyota Tacoma. Headlight lens also interchange with Isuzu.
Our HD Touring fuel filter is available in a Wix for much less $ also...
