The rear brake caliper DOES NOT have a screen like the front calipers, it's only for aesthetics. The shop you used to R&R your rear tire did NOT replace the caliper bolts and you should take your issue to them so that they're aware of the work that Technician did on your bike. However, if you choose to buy and replace the bolts yourself (I would), the part number for both bolts is 4597M. Regardless of what you do, the shop owner / manager should be aware of the quality of work that's leaving their service dept. The Technician didn't do their job and who ever QA'd the work didn't do theirs either. Good luck.

I had 2 issues when I let HD dealers work on my bike. First was not so bad. I had free oil change/service for 2 years, one of those, I picked up my bike and they cleaned the K&N air filter but didn't oil it, they corrected it on the spot. The other, was they were running a special on rear tires with install like 25% off or something. I needed it so I let them do it. Two weeks later I was riding down 24 and bam, my RH muffler fell off. It was on the nut side and I just knew they would worm their way out of it. Anyway, mufflers were old, and needed changed anyway, so I felt it wasn't worth the hassle to bitch out the dealer. There are 2 others in the area so I quit going to that one. This happens way more often than it should. One reason may be because of turnover, and a poorly managed service dept where quantity over quality is the norm. My advice is to double check all their work. I was a CDI (collateral duty inspector)inspector in the Navy and used the 18" rule. If someone changed a rear brake pad, lets say, then you look up, down, side and side up to 18" away to make sure they have everything secure.
