OK went out there and checked all the wires again, all good, started the bike up, motorcycle all of a sudden shuts down, no power anywhere, after about 30 to 45 seconds power comes back on, motorcycle starts back up....Something is either shorting out and kicking that breaker or it's a bad breaker itself...more to come. ...
The main breaker on older bikes have been know to get weak.
They have been disfunctional enough that some have updated them to a fuse.
Did a continuity check on all the fuses, they are all good. Now my problem is I can't find the main circuit breaker, does anyone know where it might be? I called the stealership and they said they didn't know, if you can believe that... Any help is appreciated..Thanks all.

Hmmm, after a search on Google, I found that bikes with circuit breakers have them located in front of the battery.
But, susposedly, in 04 or 05 Harley switched to a Maxi fuse. So a circuit breaker may not be your problem. But its worth a look.
FWIW, my 07 has a Maxi fuse under the left side cover.
Check the wires from the grip area by unplugging them at end away from the grip. Use a meter to check at the plug that each switch does what it's supposed to, while turning the bars and wiggling the sheath, wires, grips, whatever you can.
I'm still inclined to suspect those wires because of the timing of the problem.
Just brainstorming here, any chance your starter is not disengaging?
Checked all wires x3 all is well in the wire department, at the controls, and grips....I did however find the maxi fuse and it is good. Checked the battery to the maxi fuse and there is power at the fuse, the fuse itself is good, checked it for continuity, it is good... in the next day or two I will check where the juice is going from the fuse. The bike is dead, no power. The only power I am getting is to the odometer. This thing went totally dead while checking the D.I.C. for trouble codes....This has turned into a total pain in the ###. When it come to electrical I am lost, I can turn a wrench pretty good, but these electrical demons are beyond me....Thanks again folks, there will be more to come about this problem, I hope I don't end up at the stealer #ouch#....

Hey, read on another thread, check the cables going from the battery to that circuit breaker. Turn the bike on and wiggle a little to see if something hits. Other than that w/o being there I'm out of suggestions. Good Luck
I had a similar pronlem. Bike would start then die shortly after riding like it was not getting fuel then it would restart and run. Last week same thing happened. Rode for about 20 minutes then just stopped. Had to tow to dealer. Found the problem was the ignition switch. Dealer replaced switch and problem solved.
OK, checked what I could...here is what I have found...when turning the handlebars to the right there is a certain spot that shuts everything off, when I go past that spot everything will come back on, I am slowly narrowing down this problem..Has anybody else had this problem. The bike is an 05 ultra Classic..Any suggestion appreciated....Thanks all.

in the harness was broke....bet ya thats it! Good luck!!
