Default Clutch lever effort with heavier spring

I'm getting ready to order a new clutch as one of my winter projects. My clutch is slipping in 5th and 6th so it's time for a new one.
My question is for those who added the extra clutch plate and heavier spring. Did you notice a big difference in the lever effort? I like to use two fingers on my clutch like motocross guys, but I'm concerned I wont be able to with the heavier spring. I'm looking at the Energy One, or Barnett clutch kits. I have read good things about both.

I have a 13 flhx that had a SE clutch spring, way more effort than I wanted when pulling in clutch,I installed a AIM VPC,can't remember the number ,but it is great, less pul and grabs too.

Previous bike, 09 with fuel moto 107 & Barnett spring was noticeable. It wasn’t brutal but you could tell it was a harder pull. Really only became an issue in long stretches as stop & go clutch usage. I’m not sure I could have done the 2 finger method honestly.

My Road King has a Barnett Scorpion clutch. Comes with light, medium and heavy springs so can be mixed and matched to meet personal preference. If that doesn't work I saw somewhere on the forum where someone posted about a clutch effort reducer kit that looked like would work nicely.

I have the SE clutch pack, with SE spring on my TriGlide. Noticeable increase in pull force...but not brutal. Just walked out to garage and tested it. Can definitely shift with 2 fingers...but would hurt to hold it in at a red light. Probably 20% more effort than my M8.

Thanks guys. I'n most cases once I'm rolling I don't use the clutch to shift. Stop and go and long lights were the big concern.

My indy smoked the clutch on his first test ride after rebuilding the engine on my Road King and put in a new clutch with a heavier spring. Definitely harder level pull at first but I got used to it and don't notice it anymore. Until I get on my limited and realize how easy it is in comparison. You'll probably find your self grabbing it with a full grip but once it's in, you can switch to two fingers to hold and release. It can get old in stop and go traffic but long lights are not a problem. I just put it in neutral. People will say that's unsafe but when your surrounded by stopped cars at a light, it'' not like you can go anywhere even if you wanted too.

My indy teased me and told me if I didn't like the clutch pull he could put in an EZ Pull like he does for his girl customers.

VPC clutch is the way to go.

Easy to fit, cheap-ish, light action, no slip.

I've got a vpc clutch with an SE spring that's 30%heavier than stock. I went with both after I had some slippage in 5th and 6th after a cam swap and dyno tune. It fixed the problem completely.
Is it difficult to pull the clutch lever? No, not at all, but I don't think I'd want to try it with two fingers in stop and go traffic.
I do recommend both the vpc and the spring.
