I have a 2014 Ultra Limited and I want to know if the tour pak lights are suppose to be on all the time as a run/brake/ turn signal type lighting. mine does not. they do work when I brake and use as a turn signal, but they go off after that

Just to clarify your question, when you turn the ignition on the light bar does not illuminate?

yes, when I turn on my ignition the light bar does not eluminate. My turn signal works, my brakes lights work, the light bar doesnt come on
I just returned from a ride with a group and noticed the same thing on one of the bikes. Tail lights were on, but nothing was lit up on his Tour Pak until he used his directionals or brakes. 1st time I've ever noticed that, and I have some other friends with '14s.
Did anyone have an answer as to why the tour Pak was not eluminated
No, but if they are intended to light up (which makes sense!), when everything else works, then the most likely cause is a damaged or disconnected wire.

I would have to agree here, maybe bad connection. I changed out my light bar when I grayed out the back end of my bike. I remember is was a bitch for one guy because you have to pull the pan that connects the TP to the bike. Once that has been removed you will have access to all the connectors; I would start there first. Not that hard, just a third hand would be nice.
