Neutral Rattle?!

My inner primary bearing just started making noise and I can hear the noise while in neutral or in gear going down the road but if I'm stopped and hold in on the clutch and put it in gear it does quite down considerably. I'm not saying this is your problem but it does sound similar. Good luck with your hunt and end results. Ride safe and God Bless...

Sorry brother, couple thousand miles away but I offer this. If you are relatively new to this check with some seasoned locals, bars if you have to. Find out from folks who they trust. When I have been traveling and need something maybe I have just gotten lucky but a good Indy, especially in a place like where you live should not be that hard to find. I agree, my bike was doing this. HD has a bulletin explaining the cause of the rattle. Rattles in neutral when hot, change oil to a heavier gear oil and it goes away.. I now use Amsoil trans oil.
