so I talked with baddad and ordered a slip on pipe that they said would work. It fits my stock header pipe and the pipe is perfect length and looks and sounds awesome. The only problem is the rear muffler bracket is short. Im able to use 1 bolt which I could cut off but I’m afraid that wont be a good long term solution. With this setup its tight at the exhaust and stable at the rear but for how long? My thought was to get a longer length using both bolts that would overhang into the bracket. Any idea if they sell longer lengths that I could drill the holes? Any other thoughts or suggestions?
Had the same problem when I mounted a set of used V&H Monster Ovals.
I called V&H and explained the issue and they sent me the correct brackets.
Think I paid like $45.00 plus shipping.
I don't remember the part numbers but your situation looks just like what mine did.
I just unwrapped mine to take a photo to help reference with a measuring tape for your issue. P/N 507-p after you call V&H, if $30 shipped is good for you, you can have these. Never installed, not a scratch on them.
Q: What is the distance between the two fixed nuts on the slipon? 2â? If so, then the V&H brackets will work. They are closer than stock bracket. If you flip over your stock bracket in your photo and the holes line up, the Monster Oval brackets will not work for you unless you drill another hole.

Those are the right brackets, but you also need a flat bar thing with a nut on each end that slips under the mount on your mufflers. The black bar in pics sets on top of the muffler bracket and bolts go through the top holes and screw into the bolt bar thing.
