I just traded my '16 Roadster and '15 Limited for a new 2018 FLHTK Limited in 2 tone red. I made the deal in September, but I had to wait until they got one in. I watched it come off of the truck this morning, and signed the papers. I'll wait until they get all the accessories put on it before I bring it home.
I'm adding the WHIM and HD Bluetooth headset (pair), chrome front end, and HD bagger apes. I also added a few smaller chrome goodies. Nothing to the engine or exhaust, not even stage one. I'm going to leave this one alone for the time being. I must be getting old...
Other than that, I have a bunch of little stuff that I pulled off the old one to swap over once I get it home.
It's going to be another long winter. This is the third time I've bought a new bike just in time to put it away for the year.
Knowing I had a new bike waiting for me, would be tough. I'd be pacing back and forth til it was home. Congratulations on the new bike, I hope you're on it soon.
If your in Iowa and its basically almost winter, you might wanna change your theme song to Tom Pettys The Waiting
Very true!! I'll sneak it out on warmer days up until they treat the roads for the first time. After that, it stays in the garage until the spring rain washes down the roads.
It may get trailered to Florida over the winter, though... My buddy just bought a house near Tampa, and near my in-laws.

You should be able to get it out Friday if you have it back by then. High's of like 65 around central Iowa.
I always buy bikes in winter too. Prices are usually to good to pass.
