Won’t start
Norcal tattoo Troy grateful for kicking it with people with knowledge I tore my 2000 4FLHRSFLHRS custom report paint it myself put it back together and the gas light came on it ran for a little while then when I took it out to the street for me and the lady to go for a put it died and has started sense does anybody know why be firing the fuel lines they have fuel in it and still won’t run I’m guessing The injectors got plugged so took it apart took out the injectors cleaned on the way I’ve seen a guy clean Harley injectors online put Back together still won’t run . Injected some fuel manually bypassing injectors and starts until it runs out of the fuel I put in there appreciate comments and advice

That was the longest sentence ive ever read...
i would check the plastic fuel lines inside the tank to and from the pump, they are prone to small cracks or pinholes, maybe when you're low on gas, its just sucking air through a hole or crack in the line..just a thought.

You need to run a fuel pressure test. It should test out around 58-60 psi. If you have the right pressure but still no fuel, then it's injectors related. It may not necessarily be the mechanical part of your injector, it could be the negative ground. Injectors are controlled by the ECM by the negative ground.
