03 electra glide with cruise,what would be a good handle bar to put on without changing cables

Welcome The question to you is, how tall are you? don't base handlebar height based on whether you have to change cables or not. You need to be comfortable, that is the most important part.

100% correct..

Get the bars you want make.. Nothing worse than spending the money and time multiple times to find the right fit.. Your already there, do it right the first time

Don't take the "easy road" w/bars on your bike...do I right, measure, plan, buy, install the correct height...IMO.
