A New Battery
Yesterday I took the bike out of the garage, looking forward to a little over a hundred miles on a nice, bright, cool day. Bike started right up, after a minute or so I put it into gear and it promptly killed! Would not restart and battery voltage dropped to less 10 volts with bike not running. So time for a new battery.
So I just bought a new battery today after researching types, prices, and reviews. For those interested the new AGM, totally sealed, maintenance free, made in the USA and exact measurements as the HD in mine and including shipping was $96.71 with a year's warranty.
