Did you bleed the lines yourself after swapping them out?
I'm in the process of adding 14" bars to my street glide and after seeing yours I'm thinking I should just go ahead and add the new brake and clutch lines now while it's all taken apart. Bleeding the lines would be my only concern.

I did bleed the lines myself, it is an abs bike but I got the recall for HD to change the fluid so they will have to rebleed and cycle the ABS box. I changed the lines for the same reason, I had it apart and decided it was the best time to do it.
