My 2018 Road Glide Special did not have one, I had to install it myself, connected direct to the battery.

After seeing this post I will now check my bike to make sure I didn't miss a factory one

Mine was installed by the dealer.
If my bike did not have one, I would install a 15 amp pigtail instead of the typical 7.5 amp one, gives you more options. Some small compressors could blow the smaller fuse, for example.

Yes. Under the left side cover. Fused through the ACCY 20 Amp fuse. There's even a holder clip for it, although most will find it more useful to route the 2 pin SAE lead out from under the side cover for easier access. Removing the left side cover requires removing the left saddlebag first. IIRC there's a diagram in the owner manual that shows it.

on my 18 FLHTKL the connector is located on the left side hidden under the seat grab strap.
