Just put 13.5 inch shocks on my roadglide. Now the bike leans further when it's on its kickstand. It doesn't really bother me but is it okay oil pressure wise? Riding buddy told me I shouldn't let it warm up and idle with that much lean.
I've had Progressive 13.5s on my Road King for a couple of years now. Bike does lean over a bit more but nothing crazy. It has not caused any problems whatsoever on my end. Back in the day when I would slam my Road King to the ground, had the other side of the coin. Bike stood up too straight. They sold a kit with a wedge style bracket to offset that. They may have a kit for your situation as well.
If you ever have to park on a cambered road shoulder you'll appreciate that extra lean. Wish my Limited Low had a bit more.

I had the same problem on my 15 RGS after I lowered it an inch front and rear.
Bought a 1" shorter jiffy stand, Arlen Ness and no more problem now.
