Cracked but don't know why?
I have an 05 Road King with a big bore kit and for some reason I keep cracking exhaust pipes at both the front and the rear header I've tried welding them patching them wrapping them I still can't figure out why the son of a biscuit breaking pipes could this be the motor is running too lean or is it running too rich and start breaking them about and year ago and has not quit since if any of you I've had this problem or know of someone who has had this problem is there any explanation for this if you don't know the direct cause but can at least point me in the direct on the correct direction much obliged thank you very much

check front motor mount.......
Stand by the side a few feet and watch motor while running and where the exhaust mounts on the frame near the trans......... ........then look at front motor mount......too much shake and over time it can break the pipe.
