What is the reason why you have to stop? Sore back? But sweat? Just tired? Hand cramps? Each thing has a unique resolution. Some fixes are a seat mod. Some would be shocks. Some people have an issue with buffering. When I have no place to be, my wife and I love the stops. People watching, Having a beverage. But 90 minutes can be a 1.5 hours and 100 miles or 40 miles and slow moving. Ride often , ride safe.

Look into things that can improve your comfort. New Seat, handle bar position, back rest. As another mentioned, foot pegs. Better underwear can help believe it or not. Find what makes you comfortable and you will get more distance between breaks. More time in the saddle definitely helps too.
Stopping for breaks never hurt, especially if your not in a hurry. Once you get everything set up for optimum comfort, you should be able to go until the tank is empty or your bladder is full, whichever comes first.
