I pulled up the microfiche & it shows a bracket for the exhaust mounted to the starter, but the set up on ours is different. There is an aftermarket cobra 2 into 1 exhaust. The mount is on the tranny.
It would seem like you have provided a minimal amount of information in the first post and then augmented information in the next post.
We can not see the bike and there are different versions of the Road King.
I took the time to try and better identify the part you might require based on the minimal information.
I think you might need the COBRA support bracket described in the instruction link below that would be installed near the clutch cover..
Consider contacting Cobra as that would not be a Harley part.
