Glad to hear you’re not more seriously injured. I wonder what priors this idiot has since he has no license or anything else. Hopefully the judge makes an example out of him.

Likely he won't. Guy that totaled my daughters car had done the same thing 3 times. No license, no insurance ect. Judge let him walk he was driving the next day living at the same address. And using a different name so LEO would not serve him.

I think running a red light should be a much more severe penalty. I have seen someone run one right in front of a cop, no enforcement.

They should be more worried about texters and light runners. Less about speeders snd people not wearing their seat belt. A ypung combat vetersn was killed on his bike here a few years ago by an illegal running a stop sign.

Hope you heal OK. Get checked out. You’ll be feeling this in your old age.
