seat pads

has anyone tried seatpads on a stock electra glide seat when taking long trips to take a little pressure off the tailbone wondering how well they worked thanks

I bought a sheepskin this year before we left for canada. It made a huge difference. I started riding after a fuel stop without it just to see if it felt different. I made sure to put it back on at the next stop. It was cool out so I can't tell if it made a difference as far as sweating, but comfort wise I give it a A+.

I got an AirHawk air cushion and use it on the stock ElectraGlide seat with backrest, man 5-600 mile days, day after day after day is no problem.And you can add some air or let some out so you can kinda mix the set presure. About the best thing I bought for my Harley or any bike..

I bought a gel pad from Travelcade, liked it so much I sent my stock seat to them and had them add gel pads for both rider and passenger. Have since moved on to 07 UC and a Road Zepp.
