My name is Rocky, I am in Minnesota.
I ride a 2004 Electraglide Classic.
I am looking for some advice, I installed 14 inch mayhem bars and have ran into problems.
Ignition off, high beam indicator light is on, turn ignition on marker light come on and no power. I push the volume control button up and fuel pump runs.
Sounds like you have some wires crossed on the controls.
I would check them every carefully, and make sure they are all going to the correct pin location.
I agree with Ragtop. Rocky you need to take the bars off and start over again, making sure each wire goes correctly. Its a PITA but that is your best bet.
