Baker adjuster
I'm here. my answer from the drivetrain section:
Seen one on a Dyna with a 131" and a over tight chain snap. How long ago was it purchased? They have a 2 year warranty. If you have a copy of the receipt and it is within the 2 years give us a call and we will get you a return number. You can send it back and we will have a look at it.
High torque applications are the reason for the armored adjuster. Even with a stock bike if you run the bike with outer off and watch the chain it is crazy how tight and lose the chain gets. Even crazier when you start bumping up the torque.
Be careful when setting chain tension, cycle the chain around multiple times until you find the tight spot and set the chain tension there. 5/8"-7/8" cold. Harley clutch baskets are not concentric ( they are not round ) and will cause fluctuations in the chain tension. Harley crank runout tolerances are up to .012" which only adds to the variations in chain tension.
Nickie let me know when this was purchased and we'll do the best we can to take care of you.

It does have boosted torque, it’s an S&S 107 with heads so it runs great. Looking at the ends of the adjuster you can see where there was a bubble in the casting and that is where it broke. When the “bookkeeper” gets hom from work ill have her pull the receipts but I believe its 3 years old.
